The programme includes an immersive on-campus experience at IIM Lucknow campus. The modulescovered during this period are at discretion of the faculty.
The capstone project provides participants with an opportunity to apply project managementtechniques to industry-specific challenges. It is a comprehensive project that participants will workin groups from conception to completion. At the end of the project, the participants will turn intheir work for consultation with faculty members.

Dr V S Prakash Attili has 20 years of extensive experience in IT Service Delivery, Corporate Training and Academia. This includes 6 years of client-facing roles in USA, A decade of management experience in driving global, large-scale IT projects. He is also an Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master and has acted as Strategic Advisory for multiple teams. He has been part of leadership teams in his earlier organization and has won the prestigious Award of Excellence as Most Valuable Contributor in 2016 and 2018. He has published in various refereed journals and conferences including, Communications of the Association for Information Systems (CAIS), Information Systems Frontiers (ISF), Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS).

Dr Rakesh V's research mostly involves mathematical modelling of problems in Supply Chain Management. His interests are in topics like retail and e-commerce operations, warehousing and fulfilment centre operations, supply chain network design etc. His work has been published in highly rated peer-reviewed international journals. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering from the University of Kerala, a Masters and PhD from IIT Bombay. His PhD dissertation received awards from organisations including INFORMS Transportation and Logistics Society. Prior to his PhD, he worked in companies like Amazon and Toshiba.

Dr. Rao is a Professor, Business Environment Area and has been teachingMacroeconomic Environment, Managerial Economics and InternationalEconomics for Business at IIM Lucknow. He has spearheaded online executiveeducation by curating/designing/conducting executive managementdevelopment programmes at IIM Lucknow. He blends real business casestudies in executive teaching to understand how the ongoing digitaltransformation and technological disruption usurped business processes,product management and pricing at firm level with a specific reference tosharing/aggregate/platform economy and business as well as the digitaldisruption reshaping customers, global value chains and geopolitics. He hasobtained his PhD from the Department of Economics, University of Mumbaiunder the auspices of RBI Monetary Economics Endowment ResearchFellowship and M.Phil degree in Applied Economics from CDS, Trivandrum,JNU. Besides teaching, he conducts research and his research publications haveappeared in international and national journals of repute. He also regularlywrites (financial) columns on Indian Macroeconomy and Policy issues.

His primary research and teaching areas are Structured andProject Finance, Credit Risk Management, Corporate Finance, SustainableFinance and Impact Investments. He has an MBA, PhD and was a DoctoralResearch Fellow of the European Union at the Helsinki School of Economics. Hehas also attended programmes at Stanford Graduate School of Business andHarvard Business School. He has conducted more than 230 specialized trainingprograms for Banks across India, South Asia, Central Europe and Africa. He wasalso an Advisor to Corporate Banking and Project Finance Group at Axis Bank.He has handled mission-based consulting assignments for IFC Washington andADB Manila on Sustainable Lending. Besides giving consulting and trainingsupport to Government of Uttar Pradesh, Reserve Bank of India, Large PublicSector banks, Centre for Banking Studies, Central Bank of Sri Lanka andBangladesh Bank. He has authored over 16 international research papers, abook on Project Finance published by Oxford University Press and aMonographon Financing Infrastructure released by RBI. He was awarded theMacro Research Award for the year 2013 by the Indian Institute of Banking andFinance.

Upon successful completion of the programme, with a minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory academic performance, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to receive IIM Lucknow’s Executive Alumni Status (optional). Participants are expected to have 75% & above attendance. The cumulative overall percentage of marks should be 50% and above. Those participants who do not meet these criteria will receive a certificate of participation from IIM Lucknow. No certificate shall be awarded if the attendance is less than 40%.
