Prof. Ajay Singh has a PhD from JNU and specialises in teaching on HRM (core), Performance Management and International HRM. His research interests consist of Comparative and Cross-cultural Management, Management of Knowledge Employees, and Performance Management Systems (PMS). He has worked as a consultant in Performance and Reward Management, Manpower Planning, Culture Building, and Organisational Restructuring.
Upon successful completion of the programme, with a minimum 75% attendance and satisfactory academic performance, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and will be eligible to receive IIM Lucknow’s Executive Alumni Status (optional). Participants are expected to have 75% & above attendance. The cumulative overall percentage of marks should be 50% and above. Those participants who do not meet these criteria will receive a certificate of participation from IIM Lucknow. No certificate shall be awarded if the attendance is less than 40%.

How to apply for a student loan?

STEP 2: You must complete the loan application form available at the below mentioned URLs

STEP 3: An agent from the loan provider will call, email or visit you and assist you with your loan application. Loan approvals take varying amounts of time. You can discuss how long it would take with the agent who speaks to you.

On specific request by the loan provider, Emeritus may inform the loan provider about your employment status, the programme fees, the programme duration and your attendance information on the programme.
Failure to obtain a loan by you cannot be a reason to seek delayed payment schedule from Emeritus and the grant of admission may be withdrawn, if payments are not made by the student as per the listed payment schedule.
